Brien is the Chief Executive, a Director and the majority shareholder of Radius Care Limited.
With more than 20 years experience in the aged care and rest home property sectors, Brien is highly regarded as a leader within the aged care industry, with an in-depth knowledge of the market and issues affecting the elderly.
As a former rest home owner/operator, Brien understands the industry in terms of acquisition, development, financing and day-to-day operational management.
He has a real affinity with the elderly and a passion to provide the very best residential care services for New Zealand's aging population.
Under Brien's direction, Radius Care Ltd has experienced tremendous growth, from just one rest home in New Plymouth in 2003, to today with 20 aged care facilities around New Zealand.
Brien is also a board member of the New Zealand Aged Care Association and his professional opinion is actively sought on a broad range of issues affecting the elderly.
Brien lives with his family in Auckland and his interests include surfing, boating and riding his Harley – Davidson.

Stuart Bilbrough is the Chief Financial Officer at Radius Care Ltd.
He has worked in finance for more than 20 years in a variety of industries including health, FMCG, logistics and financial services. He has worked in a number of locations, including New Zealand, Malawi, Egypt, Singapore and the Bahrain.
Stuart has been a NZ CA since 1992.
He holds a MBA with Distinction from Massey University.

Steven Heesen

Steven has an extensive background in the hospitality industry, both within New Zealand and in the international arena. Trained in Europe, Steven has a hospitality business management degree.
With over 20 years management experience in Hospitality, Steven joined the aged care industry in 2003 and joined Radius Care in 2007.
Steven’s current role includes procurement, building maintenance planning, compliance, renovations and hospitality / catering services for all Radius facilities.
Steven also represents the aged care sector in the Food Sector Committee for the Hospitality Standards Institute.

Jane Smart

Jane comes to Radius Care with 30 years of experience in healthcare. Her combination of leadership and management skills while working in the aged care sector enables Jane to work closely with the Regional and Operations managers.
She shares the company's passion and drive to provide residents with the best care possible.
Jane initially qualified as a Physiotherapist, however has spent most of her career in leadership and management positions These have been underpinned by her completing further postgraduate studies including a MBS.
Jane has extensive experience in aged care where she strives to provide the best care possible.

Helen is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years experience in senior leadership roles in the Health care environment. She is currently one of three Regional Managers and provides leadership and support to a cluster of facilities.
Helen has over 15 years experience within the aged care environment in New Zealand and Australia.
With formal tertiary studies in management and leadership Helen brings an enthusiastic commitment to delivering the best service and care possible to the people she comes in contact with.

Helen is a Registered Nurse who has been in aged care for over 20 years.
Helen's previous business called 'Rest Assured' helped people and families into aged care. She has also managed a number of large bedded facilities where she considerably improved the culture and financial returns.
Helen has a passion for aged care and likes to be assured that the best of care is being delivered and people are being heard.
In her spare time, if there is any, Helen’s interests are sport and reading.

Linda Venables

Linda is a registered nurse, trained at Whangarei Base Hospital, with 20 years experience in aged care.
She has previously worked as a RN, Nurse Manager and has been involved in a research programme with Auckland University on promoting independence in residential care (PIRC study) in numerous facilities throughout Auckland and Christchurch.
Prior to Radius she was involved with Waitemata DHB implementing RN guidelines for aged care.
Linda believes the education of our staff is paramount to providing high quality care to our residents, their families and the allied health professionals we work with.

Jo’s role at Radius Care is Executive Assistant to Brien Cree. Jo has worked in a PA and WEA capacity for over ten years in both London and New Zealand, in a number of industries including financial, transportation and government departments.
Jo heads up the Administration Team which consists of herself, Emma Durham and Andrina Hamilton who combine to run the support office in a smooth and orderly fashion whilst assisting the MD and Executive Management Team as required.

Emma is originally from the Hawkes Bay and has a background in hotel management.
She has been with Radius Care since arriving in Auckland in 2008.
Emma’s primary role within the organisation is as PA support to the Executive Management Team. She also manages the office environment here at our Support Office.
